SFRE – Services For Real Estate is a Project & Construction Management company founded in 2016 in Milan by Eng. Filippo Salis to create a team of professionals capable of meeting the needs in construction and engineering of properties designed for the logistics and light-industrial world, according to the mother service of project management.
In the past, real estate was perceived as old warehouses that negatively impacted the context. Today SFRE, because of the proper importance it places on the architectural aspect of the big boxes it designs, strives to ensure true logistics parks that are able to make the experience of workers and the community living around them as pleasant as possible.
Our commitment to SFRE is encapsulated in the concept of “innovating in sustainability.” How do we do it? Our projects are based on careful analysis that aims to preserve and enhance the culture and richness of the area in which the properties we design are located.
Our commitment, however, is not limited in the conduct of our activities, SFRE, in fact, since its inception has invested in numerous and important projects related to the dissemination and preservation of Italy’s artistic heritage .
