Filippo Salis
Founder

Filippo Salis studied construction engineering at the University of Pavia, holds a master’s degree from the Politecnico di Milano in Real Estate Management, and has been a member of the Ordine degli Ingegneri di Milano since 2004.

His career focused on the Logistics Real Estate sector, starting out working for a major national General Contractor, then went on to work for one of the leading investors and specialists in logistics building development internationally, and ended as Senior Construction Manager in one of the world’s most prestigious Real Estate companies.

In 2016 he founded SFRE and in the following years 4 more companies: SFE, SFCM and SFS, SFSE.

Today, the entire Group, has 100 professionals working in the various offices scattered throughout Italy.

Nicola Salis
CEO

Nicola Salis graduated as a surveyor in 1998 and is currently a member of the Collegio Geometri e Geometri Laureati della Provincia di Milano.

He has been working in the real estate industry since the beginning and has been collaborating with Filippo Salis in Real Estate Logistics, first as Facility Manager, later in “Fire Engineering,” equipping himself with various specialized diplomas, including Fire Prevention Professional at the Ordine degli Ingegneri di Pavia and Safety Coordinator in the design and execution phase in the field of safety in the workplace at the Politecnico di Milano.

In 2016, he became an Attorney Partner of SFRE and, to date, is CEO of the entire SFRE Group.

Denis Zaffaroni
CEO SFCM

Denis Zaffaroni studied Architecture at the Politecnico di Milano, has been licensed to perform the role of safety coordinator in the design and execution phase in the field of health and safety in the workplace since 2013 and has been a member of the Ordine degli Architetti, Pianificatori, Paesaggisti e Conservatori della Provincia di Milano since 2013.

His career started in the residential sector and since 2017 he has been working in the Real Estate Logistics sector, initially as an SFRE Partner and starting in 2019 he founded with Filippo Salis and Nicola Salis SFCM, a company of the SFRE group that deals with Construction Management.
