SFRE is a Society of Project & Construction Management born in 2016 in Milan and to date is present with a team of 100 professionals throughout the country with two offices in Milan, Moscova and Piazza Gae Aulenti, one in Bologna, one in Rome, one in Bari, one in Florence and one in Venice. The services offered by the company cater to major national and international real estate logistics and light-industrial including developers and investors in thelogistics market.
SFRE over the years has managed to gain an important role in the logistics world, offering an increasingly wide range of services, thanks in part to the creation of three other companies: SFE specializing in Fire Engineering, SFCM dedicated to the activity of construction management and SFS which deals with Integrated Design and Management from a sustainable perspective.
The SFRE Group thinks about its activities in light of innovation and sustainability. It is with these two important approaches in mind that SFRE is actively engaged in preferring projects that can guarantee performing properties from a technological point of view, but which, at the same time, respect the territory in which they fit and represent an added value for the people who live in those spaces. The vision that guides SFRE in designing the big boxes is represented by understanding ESG criteria as inspiringdesign innovation in the world of logistics, giving due importance to the economic, social, and governance aspects that underlie the relationships with the stakeholders that revolve around the company.
