COLLABORATOR FIRE PROTECTION DESIGNER

Role Description.

The resource will be placed as a VAT-registered collaborator, in a team setting, and will follow a “cross-training” program for the purpose of consolidating and expanding previously acquired technical and scientific knowledge and adapting it to the work needs required by the company.

Duties

Follow the design and prepare documentation aimed at obtaining Project Evaluation and SCIA files, with the need for strong interaction with the relevant figures: General Contractor, Project Manager, Designers and Contractors.

Requirements

• Master’s Degree in Building Engineering, Civil Engineering, Architecture or Diploma in Surveying, Land or Industrial Surveyor, related to design, registered with the Register and familiar with the new Fire Prevention Code M.D.03.08.2015 and M.D.18.10.2019.
• Good knowledge of Autocad software and basic knowledge of REVIT software complete the profile.

JUNIOR STRUCTURAL DESIGNER COLLABORATOR

Role Description.

The resource will be placed as a VAT-registered collaborator within the company’s Facilities Department, where he or she will be responsible for activities related to the design, drafting of technical tables and information models using BIM design software, of major industrial and civil buildings. Through a targeted and progressive insertion, the resource in question will also get to deal with on-site verification of compliance with design dictates and to the bureaucratic and administrative management of documents required for seismic deposits or authorizations throughout Italy.

Main activities:

• Develop and manage three-dimensional models for civil and industrial engineering projects using advanced CAD software, including leading BIM modeling software related to the world of structures;
• Draft detailed technical drawings, including construction and assembly drawings, ensuring accuracy and compliance with technical specifications;
• Work with the engineering team and other professionals to ensure that projects meet technical requirements, safety regulations, and quality standards;
• Manage bureaucratic and administrative documentation of projects, including permits, certifications, and progress reports;

Requirements:

• Diploma of Surveyor – Surveyor and/or Degree in Civil / Construction Engineering;
• Minimum experience in civil and/or industrial design;
• Basic knowledge of electronic technical drawing (CAD) software;
• Basic knowledge of technical regulations and safety regulations related to engineering design;
• Excellent organizational and time management skills;
• Aptitude for teamwork and good communication skills;
• Precision and attention to detail.

They will constitute a plus:

• Basic knowledge of one or more BIM modeling programs (Revit Architecture / Structure and/or Tekla Structures);
• Basic knowledge related to the design and representation of shallow and deep foundation systems;
• Basic knowledge of regulations related to structural building materials for proper Construction Management.

TECHNICAL COLLABORATOR URBAN PLANNER

Role Description.

The resource will be placed as a VAT-registered collaborator, in the Technical Due Diligence Team, in a team setting and will follow a “cross-training” program for the purpose of modeling the technical and scientific knowledge acquired. The work will mainly focus on technical, urban planning, environmental issues. Field activities and participation in meetings with agencies and clients are planned.

Duties

The candidate will be required to follow the feasibility study of an area located in the national territory. The preparation of technical reports (Italian and English), graphical and documentary works aimed at assessing the feasibility of the property will be required.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Building Engineering-Architecture, Architecture, Law.
• Excellent knowledge of Presidential Decree 380-2001 and ss.mm.ii, Legislative Decree 152-2006, Law 241-1990.
• Excellent knowledge of city planning regulations
• Good knowledge of the Office package
• Good knowledge of English (written and spoken).

COLLABORATOR TDD ENGINEER

Role Description.

The resource will be placed as a VAT-registered collaborator, in the Technical Due Diligence Team, in a team setting and will follow a “cross-training” program for the purpose of modeling the technical and scientific knowledge acquired. The work will mainly focus on technical, urban planning, environmental issues. Field activities and participation in meetings with agencies and clients are planned.

ASSOCIATE CONSTRUCTION MANAGER

Role Description.

The resource will be placed as a VAT-registered employee in a team setting and will follow a “cross-training” program for the purpose of modeling the technical and scientific knowledge acquired.

Duties

• Ability to interact with key stakeholders: public agencies, general contractors, project managers, co-designers, technical specialists, clients
• Team drafting of building applications in support of PdC, SCIA Art. 23, Art.22 and building applications according to Presidential Decree 380/2001 and ss.mm.ii
• Team drafting of preliminary, final and executive designs using BIM methodology, including graphical drawings, metric calculations, tender specifications
• Supporting the Construction Management Team with site inspections and drafting of meeting/supervisory minutes
• Ability to read construction drawings related to construction site phases and progress reports

Requirements

COLLABORATOR COST CONTROLLER-COMPUTIST

Role Description.

The resource will be placed as a VAT-registered employee in a team setting and will follow a “cross-training” program for the purpose of modeling the technical and scientific knowledge acquired.

The candidate will be involved in design and consulting in the field of engineering, with emphasis on the preparation of metric calculations and verification of tenders for civil engineering projects for “Light Industrial” buildings.

Duties

• Drafting of metric calculations for tenders
• Drafting of metric calculations for Tender Package and executive design
• Drafting cost budgets at the preliminary design stage
• Drafting of metric calculations for Public and Urbanization Works
• Ability to read regional price lists, DEI price lists and Chamber of Commerce price lists.

Requirements

• Qualification of diploma of Surveyor, Accountant, Surveyor, or degree in Building/Civil/Environmental Engineering.
• Knowledge of the Office package (excel specifically)

ASSOCIATE HVAC ENGINEER

Role Description.

The resource will be placed as a VAT-registered employee in a team setting and will follow a “cross-training” program for the purpose of modeling the technical and scientific knowledge acquired.

The candidate will be involved in engineering design and consulting, with a focus on mechanical HVAC and plumbing. The design will mainly concern buildings in the “Light Industrial” sector, in particular mechanized ventilation and air conditioning systems for offices and industrial spaces, potable water systems, domestic hot water production and interface with other systems.

Duties

• Drawing and modeling using Autocad software, subordinately REVIT software
• Drafting of specialized reports and technical specifications
• Knowledge of Termolog software for calculating thermal transmittance completes the profile.

ASSOCIATE ELECTRICAL ENGINEER

Role Description.

The resource will be placed as a VAT-registered employee in a team setting and will follow a “cross-training” program for the purpose of modeling the technical and scientific knowledge acquired.

The candidate will be involved in engineering design and consulting, with a focus on the electrical sector. The design will mainly involve buildings in the “Light Industrial” sector, particularly lighting systems, motive power, transformation from medium voltage, connection to the public grid, street lighting, and interface with other systems.

• Drafting of specialized reports and technical specifications
• Knowledge of Dialux software for lighting calculation completes the profile.

COLLABORATOR PROJECT ENGINEER/ARCHITECT

Role Description.

The resource will be placed as a VAT-registered collaborator, in a team setting, and will follow a “cross-training” program for the purpose of consolidating and expanding previously acquired technical and scientific knowledge and adapting it to the work needs required by the company.

The candidate will be responsible for design using BIM methodology and drafting of building practices. The goal will be to provide advice to the Client, to enable obtaining permission for the construction of the property.

Duties

• Follow preliminary and final design, prepare graphic and documentary drawings aimed at obtaining Building Permits, interact with relevant figures: public agencies, General Contractors, Project Managers, co-Designers.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Construction Engineering, Building Engineering-Architecture, Civil Engineering, Architecture, design-related degrees. Preference will be given to candidates with at least five years’ experience in independent PDC – SCIA submission
• Excellent knowledge of Presidential Decree 380-2001 and ss.mm.ii.

BIM SPECIALIST COLLABORATOR

Role Description.

The resource will be placed as a VAT-registered collaborator, in a team setting, and will follow a “cross-training” program for the purpose of modeling the technical knowledge acquired and adapting it to the work done by the company. The candidate will be joined in design and actively involved in coordination with other project stakeholders. The objective will be to provide information necessary for project implementation and technical advice to the Client at different stages of development. Using BIM methodology from the earliest stages to obtain the issuance of permits and develop the executive drawings.

Duties

• Use of BIM modeling tools to provide technical support
• Knowledge of construction techniques and contextualization of design choices
• Basic knowledge of urban planning procedures, tools and regulations
• Strong interaction with key stakeholders: general contractors, project managers, energy managers, designers, general contractors and subcontractors

Requirements

CSP-CSE COLLABORATOR

Role Description.

The resource will be placed as a VAT-registered collaborator, in a team setting, and will follow a “cross-training” program for the purpose of consolidating and expanding previously acquired technical and scientific knowledge and adapting it to the work needs required by the company.

The candidate will be responsible for fulfilling the role of CSP – CSE (Safety Coordinator in the design and execution phase) in logistics platform development sites, OO.UU., internal tenants fittings.

Duties

• Drafting PSC
• Carry out checks on the documentation of enterprises according to D. Lgs. 81/2008 et seq.
• Carry out what is imparted within Art. 91 Legislative Decree 81/2008 – Obligations of the coordinator for design.
• Carry out what is imparted within Art. 92 D. Lgs 81/2008 – Obligations of the coordinator for the execution of works.
• Liaise with other CSEs for interference coordination

Requirements

• Be in possession of the professional requirements according to Art. 98 Legislative Decree. 81/2008 – Professional requirements for the design coordinator and the construction coordinator

SUSTAINABILITY ENGINEER/ARCHITECT COLLABORATOR

Role Description.

The resource will be placed as a VAT-registered employee in a team setting and will follow a “cross-training” program for the purpose of modeling and implementing the technical and scientific knowledge acquired.

The candidate will be paired with the design to develop it in a sustainable way, from an architectural, energy and environmental point of view. The goal will be to advise the Client, whether Construction Manager or General Contractor, to provide a building certified according to international sustainability protocols such as LEED and BREEAM.

Duties

• Follow the design and adapt it to the requirements of international sustainability protocols
• Review documents and verify their integrity and compliance with protocols
• Draft all materials for signing the project to the certifying body
• Conduct field visits and surveys throughout the country
• Manage meetings with Customers and Suppliers, in-person or remotely
• Strong interaction with key stakeholders: general contractors, project managers, energy managers, designers, general contractors and contractors.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in construction engineering, energy, electrical, architecture, related to eco-sustainable design
• Excellent knowledge of the English language
• Green Associate, Leed AP/Breeam AP certification and previous experience in energy modeling, Commissioning, Life Cycle Cost and plant design considered a plus
• Strong interpersonal skills and a willingness to specialize in the energy field in addition to a strong desire for professional growth complete the profile

TECHNICAL ASSOCIATE TOPOGRAPHER

Role Description:

The resource will be placed as a VAT-registered collaborator, will be responsible for conducting topographic surveys of land/built-up areas, conterminous roads, irrigation canal sections, etc… through the use of classical GPS/GNSS receiver instrumentation and subsequent post-processing activities.

Requirements:

• Surveyor’s degree or higher
• Submission of DOCFA files, Map entries, fractionations, materialization of boundaries, tracing
• Data processing using autocad, gis, etc….
• Excellent knowledge of the cadastral system

Experience:

• Minimum 2 years in the role required
