COLLABORATOR PROJECT ENGINEER/ARCHITECT
Role Description.
The resource will be placed as a VAT-registered collaborator, in a team setting, and will follow a “cross-training” program for the purpose of consolidating and expanding previously acquired technical and scientific knowledge and adapting it to the work needs required by the company.
The candidate will be responsible for design using BIM methodology and drafting of building practices. The goal will be to provide advice to the Client, to enable obtaining permission for the construction of the property.
Duties
- Follow preliminary and final design, prepare graphic and documentary drawings aimed at obtaining Building Permits, interact with relevant figures: public agencies, General Contractors, Project Managers, co-Designers.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Construction Engineering, Building Engineering-Architecture, Civil Engineering, Architecture, design-related degrees. Preference will be given to candidates with at least five years’ experience in independent PDC – SCIA submission
- Excellent knowledge of Presidential Decree 380-2001 and ss.mm.ii.
- Excellent knowledge of building regulations
- Excellent knowledge of the Office package
- Excellent knowledge of REVIT software and Autocad 2D
- Excellent knowledge of the English language
